StayChatAI started in 2025 when our founder, a former hotel GM, realized his team was drowning in WhatsApp messages — at 2 AM, on weekends, during holidays.
They had a PMS, a channel manager, a booking engine. But nothing to handle the simplest question: "What's the check-in time?"
Existing "hotel chatbots" were built for websites, not WhatsApp. They felt robotic, couldn't handle the local language, and had no concept of hospitality service standards.
So we built StayChatAI — not just an AI, but a Virtual GRE (Guest Relations Executive) trained in hospitality language, cultural nuances, and revenue optimization.
